How teams deploy codes at volume

Volume orders usually come from one of four programs. Each needs codes that stay readable on the material and editable after the run ships.

Packaging programs

A code per SKU on cartons and labels, sized for scanning distance and planned for the retail move to 2D barcodes. Repoint any SKU when its landing page changes. Packaging QR codes

Equipment and asset tagging

Serialized codes on nameplates and asset tags that open manuals, safety data sheets and service history for the life of the machine. Manufacturing

Labels, inserts and printed documentation

Vector masters handed straight to your printer or label converter, with quiet zone and error correction set before export. QR code size guide

Multi-language technical documents

One code per document that routes each scanner to the manual or SDS in their phone's language. Technical documentation

Bulk order questions

How do volume discounts work?

Pricing steps down automatically with quantity, from $49 for a single code to $10 per code at 10,000. Each code is a single purchase with no renewal, so a packaging program or asset-tagging rollout has a fixed cost you can put on a purchase order.

Can I assign one code per SKU, label or asset?

Yes. Most volume buyers give every SKU, label version or serialized asset its own code, so each one can be repointed independently. Codes can be created in bulk and organized with folders and tags.

What files does my printer or label converter get?

Every code exports as SVG and EPS vector files plus high-resolution PNG, with the error correction level set before export. Vector masters scale cleanly from small labels to large packaging panels.

Can I update destinations in bulk?

Yes. Destinations can be updated in bulk by CSV or through the API, which helps when a product line moves to a new site or a manual set is reissued.

How do I buy 250 or more codes?

Packs of 250, 500, 1,000 and 10,000 are handled with our team so we can confirm your print specifications and invoicing. Use the contact button in the table or the bulk calculator.

Are there scan limits at volume?

No. Every code includes unlimited scans with no overage fees, regardless of how many units ship.
