We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked full refund policy on all digital dynamic QR code license purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your permanent QR code performance, analytics tracking, or destination management within the first 14 days after purchase, you are eligible for a 100% full refund.
Digital Asset Finality After 14 Days
Because our permanent dynamic QR codes are irrevocable digital assets that are generated, routed, and maintained indefinitely on high-availability global cloud infrastructure with zero subscription charges, all sales become final after the initial 14-day refund window has expired. We do not offer prorated refunds or partial credits for unused codes after this period.

Approved refunds will be processed immediately and returned to the original credit card or payment method used during checkout within 3-5 business days.
