# One QR code. Every language, automatically.

Scan detects the phone's language and opens the matching manual, SDS, or TDS you've already uploaded. No per-language codes. No translation service required.

Phone scans the code

Same physical label, anywhere in the world

Detects the phone's language

The same signal every browser already sends

Opens the right PDF

The translated manual, SDS, or TDS you uploaded for that language

## Trusted by thousands of brands and businesses for asset permanence

## Shipping to more countries usually means more QR codes, not more languages.

A product exported to a dozen markets typically gets one printed code per language, or one code pointed at a single language everyone else has to work around. Neither scales cleanly. A code that reads the scanner's own phone and serves the matching document removes that choice entirely: one physical label, every market, correct file every time.

## Built for the documents export compliance actually requires.

### Product manuals

Assembly, setup, and operation instructions, matched to the buyer's language on first scan.

### Safety data sheets (SDS)

Hazard and handling information in the local language, required in most export markets before a product can legally ship.

### Technical data sheets (TDS)

Specifications and performance data for distributors and technical buyers evaluating the product.

### Setup and warranty guides

Installation steps and warranty terms, so support requests land on the correct regional process.

If you already have translated files

### Upload what you have

Most manufacturers already commission translations for their SDS, TDS, or manuals as part of export compliance. Upload each language's PDF once. No translation service, no per-language fee, no waiting on a vendor to route what you already own.

If a language is missing

### The code falls back safely

Scanners whose phone language isn't in your uploaded set land on your default document instead of an error. You can add that language's file the moment it's ready, with nothing to reprint.

## One code, one payment, every language you add later.

$49 once per code. Add, replace, or remove a language's file from your dashboard at any time, with no per-language surcharge and no recurring fee. Unlimited scans included.

## Questions from export and technical documentation teams

No. You supply your own translated PDFs (however you produced them: an in-house team, a translation vendor, a distributor). We only handle the routing: the QR code detects the scanner's phone language and serves the matching file you've already uploaded. If you don't have a translation for a given language yet, the code falls back to your default file instead of breaking.

When a phone scans the code, its browser sends a language preference (the same signal every website already uses to serve you a page in your language). We match that against the languages you've uploaded files for and redirect straight to the right PDF. There's no app to install and nothing the end user has to select.

Yes. The routing logic doesn't care what the PDF contains. It's used for SDS, TDS, setup guides, warranty documents, and compliance certificates just as often as general product manuals. Each document type gets its own QR code with its own set of language-mapped files.

One physical code, laser-etched, printed, or labeled once, works for every market you ship to. You're not producing a separate SKU or a separate label per destination country. Add a new market's translated file to the dashboard and it's live immediately, with nothing to reprint.

The code redirects to whichever file you've marked as the default (typically English or your primary export language). Nobody hits a broken link or a blank page.

Yes, that's the core reason to use a dynamic code instead of hardcoding a file link directly. Upload the revised PDF for that language in your dashboard and every unit already in the field starts serving the new version on its next scan. Nothing physical needs to change.

Setup tip

Name each uploaded file by language code (en, de, ja, zh) in your dashboard before mapping it. It keeps a 12-market rollout organized as you add languages over time.
